Last updated: July 21, 2026Welcome to LIParentHub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of liparenthub.com (the "Site"), operated by Kevin Kwok, doing business as LIParentHub ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you do not agree, or if you are under 18, please do not use the Site.
What LIParentHub Is
LIParentHub is an informational directory of venues, camps, classes, and activities for families on Long Island. We gather information about local businesses and present it in a searchable, filterable format.
We are not a booking service. We don't take reservations, process payments, or act as an agent for any venue. When you book something, your agreement is entirely with that business — not with us.
Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep listings accurate, and accuracy is the whole point of this Site. But we can't guarantee it.
Listing information comes from a mix of sources: the venues themselves, publicly available business data, Google's Places API, and our own research. Details change constantly — prices go up, policies change, businesses close.
Always confirm pricing, availability, policies, and any detail that matters to you directly with the venue before making a reservation or payment. Do not rely solely on information found here.
Ratings and review counts shown on the Site are sourced from Google and reflect Google's data at the time of our most recent sync. They are not our assessment of a business.
Found something wrong? Please tell us — we'll correct it as quickly as we can.
Our Reviews and Opinions
Where we publish an editorial review (marked as "The LIParentHub Review"), that reflects our own experience and opinion at a specific point in time. It is commentary, not a statement of fact, and your experience may differ.
Editorial reviews are written independently. We do not accept payment in exchange for a review or for a favorable opinion.
Featured and Sponsored Listings
Some listings are marked "Featured." These businesses have paid for increased visibility on the Site.
Featured placement affects where a listing appears — it does not change the venue's Google rating, its filter details, or any factual information we publish. We label featured listings clearly so you always know what you're looking at.
The Site may also display third-party advertising. Advertisements are not endorsements.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to research family venues and activities.
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site
- Copy or republish substantial portions of our content without permission
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications to listed businesses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
Venue Listings
For visitors
Inclusion in this directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability. We do not inspect, certify, or vet the businesses listed. Use your own judgment.
For business owners
If you own or represent a listed business:
- You may request corrections to your listing at any time through our contact form
- You may request removal from the directory
- By submitting information or materials for your listing, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to publish them on the Site
- Paid placements are subject to any separate agreement between us
Intellectual Property
The Site's design, original written content, editorial reviews, and organizational structure are owned by LIParentHub and protected by copyright and other laws.
Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Photographs may be supplied by venues, sourced from Google's Places API with attribution, or licensed from third parties.
You may link to the Site freely. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party websites and incorporates third-party services, including Google Maps and the Google Places API. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Use of embedded Google services is also governed by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIParentHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any interaction, transaction, or experience with a business listed here.
This includes — without limitation — damages relating to inaccurate listing information, a venue's conduct or service, a cancelled or unsatisfactory event, injury occurring at a venue, or reliance on any content found on the Site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIParentHub and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted more prominently on the Site.
Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
