LIParentHub ("we," "us," "our") operates liparenthub.com (the "Site"), a directory of family venues and activities on Long Island. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the reason for your inquiry, an optional venue name, and your message. We use this only to respond to you.
Venue listing requests. If you contact us about listing a venue, we collect the business information you provide so we can create and verify the listing.
Email newsletter (if you subscribe). If we offer a newsletter and you sign up, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically:
This is standard web analytics data. We use it to understand how people use the Site and to improve it.
The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar technologies.
Essential cookies keep the Site working (for example, remembering your filter selections). These can't be turned off without breaking functionality.
Analytics cookies help us understand how the Site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.
Advertising cookies. We may display advertising on the Site. Advertising partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and, in some cases, to show ads relevant to your interests.
Your choices. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your preferences at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — see your browser's help documentation.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on.
